Booking Process

• Please book your appointment via the ANS booking link in our bio.

• To secure your appointment, a £25 deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

• The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your appointment using card or cash.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or changed with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Changes made within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.

New Customer Consultation

New customers must book a free consultation before booking any services. This consultation helps determine the most suitable treatments for your needs and can be conducted face-to-face or over Zoom.

Filler Dissolving Patch Test

Please note that a patch test is required on the day for filler dissolving.

Complimentary Skin Consultation

If you receive any treatment, you will receive a complimentary skin consultation.

Skincare Concierge

I have teamed up with Get Harley, trusted experts in the skincare industry, to simplify your skincare journey. As a skin specialist, I will see you in the clinic and create a bespoke medical-grade plan for your skin. You will receive this plan through WhatsApp and email from Get Harley. If you have any questions about the products, you can message them directly and order products through your patient platform straight to your door.
